Knox Mobile Enrollment is a free solution offered by Samsung and can be used without a license. However, to enable optional advanced settings, such as device lock and app installation during enrollment, you’ll need to purchase a Knox Suite license.
Why do I need to sign up for Knox Suite if I only want to use Knox Mobile Enrollment?
Knox Mobile Enrollment is offered exclusively bundled with other Knox products. When you sign up for a Knox Suite 90-day free trial, you’ll get access to Knox Mobile Enrollment in addition to other Knox services.
Which platforms, operating systems, and devices does Knox Mobile Enrollment support? Which specific versions does it support?
Knox Mobile Enrollment is officially supported on Samsung devices running any of the latest five major Android versions, including the latest version. Devices running unsupported Android versions may still proceed with enrollment, however we cannot guarantee the enrollment functionalities and the security capabilities will function as intended.
