What happens when my trial ends?

After your trial license key expires, continue using Knox E-FOTA with a commercial license key purchased from a Knox reseller.

What are the prerequisites of using Knox Asset Intelligence?

To use Knox Asset Intelligence, log in to samsungknox.com and register your Knox Suite license key on the Knox Asset Intelligence console. Currently, Knox Asset Intelligence runs on select frontline-targeting Samsung devices running Knox 3.7.1+ such as Xcover PRO, Xcover5, and Tab Active3. More supported devices will be added soon.
